Missing Operating System

Just like the previous problems, but the message that appears on the boot is as follows: Error loading operation system Missing operation system Solutions to these problems are: Missing operation system, means the loss of system disk to boot. Perform the steps reformat your hard drive and fill it with the following systems: 

 1. Perform system boot using a floppy disk or CD / DVD, wait until the A prompt appears. Furthermore, reformatting the drive type the following command: Format C :/ S (enter) 

 2. Once the command is typed message will appear as follows
  Warning: All data on non-removable disk Drive C Will be Lost Proceed with Format? (Y / N) 
  3. Press "Y" if you want to do the formatting. Will appear and wait for the formatting process to 100% complete. After formatting is complete, it will display the message: Complete Formate System Trasfered Volume label (11 character, ENTER for none)? 

 4. Type the desired label name up to 11 characters. Then press ENTER, then the formatting is complete. After formatting the C drive is complete, re-format drive D If you'd partition the drive into 2, for the command format D drive, enough with the command: Format D: (enter). Signs / S at a given time to format drive C was not given. When formatting two drives C and D is complete, then you will continue with Windows installation step.
